A recent example of a tailor-made Remembrance Tour is:

Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps Association

This tour, to Singapore and Malaysia, was planned to enable the group to visit places where some had served in the 1960s and to pay their respects at cemeteries and memorials where fellow Corps members were buried. Some leisure activities were also included and free time for socialising and enjoying the local cuisine. A photo gallery of the tour is available on their website.

A recent example of a tailor-made Battlefield Tour is:

COOMBE BASSETT VILLAGE GROUP

The people of this Wiltshire village wanted to know more about those from their village and neighbouring communities who had died in battle. In the last five years their tours have visited selected war graves and actions in which local men had fought, from both world wars – including Ypres and the Somme, Normandy, Arnhem and the Fall of France. They also requested a special lecture on The Great War Poets.
