HOW TO BOOK

Battlefield and 
Remembrance Tours


To book a tour, please download and complete the appropriate booking form corresponding to the year of your tour.

 

and send it to Poppy Travel in Aylesford with the relevant deposit (address is on the form). Your cheque should be made payable to ‘Poppy Travel’.

We want to be sure that you understand your commitment when signing the booking form, so please read the booking conditions carefully – they also detail our obligations to you once you have signed the booking form.

We cannot confirm your place until we receive your Booking Form, deposit and insurance details. The balance of your payment is due no later than eight weeks before departure – we do not issue reminders so please make a note of the date payment is due. If you book within eight weeks of the departure date, you should enclose payment in full. We will send you final instructions for the pilgrimage or tour approximately four weeks before departure. We will confirm your booking, normally within 14 days of receiving it. 

If you wish to apply to be a Government Sponsored War Widow, do not send any money but please fill in the special section shown on the form.
