A Trip to Remember


Poppy Travel provide Remembrance Tours to War Graves and Memorials worldwide. We are the only specialists in pilgrimages and visits to war cemeteries and memorials, taking Remembrance into the field often half a world away. We enjoy a close association with The Commonwealth War Graves Commission. 

Our Remembrance Tour programme has been arranged to take advantage of a busy and important year. It is the 65th anniversary of the end of World War II and the 70th anniversary of many important events from early in the war, eg Dunkirk.

Government War Widow Grant-in-Aid

This Government sponsored scheme enables war widows, who have not done so before at public expense, to visit their husband’s grave or memorial overseas. War widowers are also eligible and that those who re-married are still eligible. Click here for more information.
