Contact Poppy Travel for Schools and Young People by phone (0845 602 2482), fax (020 3207 2318) or email (schools@poppytravel.org.uk) and we will work with you to plan your tour and decide how best to meet your objectives. Successful tours bring together a range of experiences, and help young people realise the breadth of people who are affected by conflict.

TOURS PROGRAMME PRICE LIST
A full price list of all tours is available for download (pdf*).
What's included
All tours
- Services of a Poppy Travel Guide
- One museum entry fee per day
- Information pack for each passenger
- Full board accommodation including packed lunches (except on 1-day tours). We will need details of all dietary needs in advance of the tour
- 1:10 free place ration for supervisory staff
- Fully comprehensive insurance cover (except for 1-day tours)
- A Royal British Legion wreath with school/group's logo as centre badge
Coach tours
- Return Channel crossing by Eurotunnel or ferry
- Return coach travel from UK mainland school/location, using executive coaches with seat belts, video and/or DVD, air-conditioning, WC, drinks facility
- All road tolls
Air tours
- Return air travel
- Overseas coach transportation
- Cost does NOT include transfer to and from the airport within the UK
- Hold baggage - subject to weight restrictions set by the airline
What else to budget for
One day tours
- One day tours do not include any meals; arrangements for lunch and dinner can be made on request
- One day tours do not include insurance; this can be provided on request. Each member of the tour will need their own spending money
Overnight tours
- Overnight tours do not include lunch on the first day or an evening meal on the last day; arrangements can be made upon request
- Each member of the tour will need their own spending money
Prices subject to change without prior notice based on availability, fuel surcharges and fluctuations in the exchange rate. All prices are 'from', based on a departure point less than 100 miles from Folkestone.
BURSARY SCHEME
The Royal British Legion is keen to make Poppy Travel for Schools and Young People tours accessible to every student and young person. Our bursary scheme provides a cash limited fund to enable schools and organisations to take part in tours.
