2010 Tour Programme
In 2010 Poppy Travel offers Remembrance and Battlefield Tours that span 250 years of British and Commonwealth history and reach all corners of the world. Each tour reflects the values and wishes of our travellers and each journey provides a visit of a lifetime, embodying the experience of Remembrance.

You don’t have to be a member of The Royal British Legion to come on a Poppy Travel tour nor do you have to be a close relative or a comrade; we are there to help anyone and wherever you wish to visit, we look forward to welcoming you on tour.
Remembrance Tours
Visiting the grave or memorial of a relative or comrade is a moving experience, however distant the relationship. Our Remembrance Tour programme enables visitors to pay their respects with the supportive atmosphere and ceremony that only The Royal British Legion can provide.
There are tours covering WWI and WWII locations across the world. New locations for this year include:

Battlefield Tours
Our new programme includes many of our old favourites. From Ypres to Arnhem, Gallipoli to the Somme, Dunkirk and Normandy, you will find many dates to choose from. And this year introduces some new locations and historical periods - something for everyone.
Battlefield tour highlights this year include:
- Halifax, Canada - the story of WWII convoys
- South of France - the forgotten D-Day
- Malta - an island's bravery
- UK - Portsmouth's Navy
- Ireland - Battle of the Boyne
